In 2008 the chapter received the Chapter Merit Award for Legislative Affairs from NAIOP Corporate. Recognized as the top Chapter for Legislative Affairs during 2009 as a result of its efforts to head a Truck Trip Study and be recognized as THE voice of the industry in the Inland Empire.

The Annual Bus Tour is the only way to see the region in style.
